Today I am making beef stew in my slow cooker. I don't know when I got a slow cooker but I know it's never been used because I didn't even know I had it. Today, with all the endless fog, seemed like a good time to try it out.

I added oregano and paprika to it and because I didn't have beef broth I used chicken broth instead. Whatevs.
If anyone has some delicious slow cooker recipes, send them my way. I love that dinner is out of the way before noon!
